A booking is considered confirmed only after a deposit or full payment has been received.
A confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon receipt of payment.
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
Balance: The remaining balance must be settled at least 3 days before the travel date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 72 hours of travel, full payment is required immediately.

3 to 6 days before travel: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before travel: No refund.
No-show or missed departure: No refund provided.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the travel date.
All date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Damon Quest Tours will not be held liable for cancellations or delays resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a partial refund, where possible.
Ensure that all contact details provided are accurate and up-to-date.

Respect local laws, customs, fellow travelers, and natural surroundings during the trip.
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain travel insurance. Damon Quest Tours will not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip.
